We DO NOT track username, user id, IP or other data that can identify you as an individual/user.

2. Necessary cookies

Necessary cookies are required to enable the basic features of this site, such as providing secure log-in or adjusting your consent preferences. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable data.

    This is an anti-forgery cookie set by web applications built using ASP.NET MVC technologies. It is designed to stop the unauthorized posting of content to the website, known as Cross-Site Request Forgery. It holds no information about the user and is destroyed on closing the browser.

    Used by the ASP.NET framework to handle cookies, and is needed for authentication purposes.

  • CloudPortalAffinity

    This cookie is used by the platform gateway to ensure all communication with the current client is directed to the same server.

    This cookie is used by the BIG-IP system to handle communication between the client and server

3. Functional cookies

Functional cookies help perform certain functionalities like sharing the content of the website on social media platforms, collecting feedback, and other third-party features.

    We are using Beamer as a provider of NPS (Net Promoter Score) tracking, used for user feedback. Beamer is also used as a tool for notifications and popup of important information. Name, user id and other personal information are not stored. Users are tracked by a random ID from Beamer that does not have any connection to personal information.

  • cookieyes

    This cookie is used to track the cookie consent given by the user. The user can deny/allow cookies, and the information is stored in this cookie. The cookie consent is used to allow/deny services based on user preferences.

4. Performance cookies

The strictly necessary cookies help make our website navigable by activating basic functions such as page navigation and access to secure website areas. Without these cookies, the website will not work properly.

5. Statistic cookies

Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites to display ads that are relevant and engaging for you as an individual user and more valuable for third-party advertisers.

  • Matomo

    • We are using Matomo for usage analytics and statistics. A MATOMO_SESSID cookie will be created for each new session, to identify user sessions over time. For Matomo, we are tracking anonymized user ID Pseudonyms.

    • The User ID is tracked to get a clear picture of the actual number of users. This allows us to track users across browsers/devices. For example, one user that logs into the Cetegra solution on both their desktop computer and their phone, will be counted as one user, and not two. The User ID will never be used to identify users, and any personal data, without customer/company, will never be pushed to the Matomo platform.

    • Company names are tracked for each user to be able to aggregate the statistical data, so that it’s easy to follow onboarding processes, launching of new features and more.

6. Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites to display ads that are relevant and engaging for you as an individual user and more valuable for third-party advertisers.

In addition, we use social media buttons and/or plugins on this site that allow you to connect with your social network in various ways. For these to work, social media sites will set cookies through our site which may be used to enhance your profile on their site or contribute to the data they hold for various purposes outlined in their respective privacy policies. Some of these cookies may be set when a page is loaded, or when you take a particular action like clicking a social media sharing button.
