Case Management

All ITM roles have access to see all Cases for the company.

The module is available here in the Support module.

Click All to get an overview of all tickets.

It is possible to search for tickets, review details and add comments to the tickets.

The case type will be shown in the list of tickets. If there is a change related to the case, this will also be shown in the list.
