On the main page (your homepage) of Cetegra Workspace, select ”Devices” under the Client tab to see an overview of your Cetegra Client devices and their status.

You will find the device name and device model, beneficial to have at hand if you need assistance from the Service Desk to troubleshoot an issue or help with other requests.

You will also see the last time your device checked in with the central management solution and the compliance status of your device. The compliance status is based on a self-check your device will conduct automatically regularly to check if it is configured according to company policies. If a device is reporting as not compliant (red cross) we recommend that you contact your IT department or Service Desk so that they can take necessary actions to bring your device to a compliant state.
