Device Overview

Overview

On the main page (your homepage) of Cetegra Workspace, select ”Devices” under the Client tab to see an overview of your Cetegra Client devices and their status.

New design

We have recently updated the design of the device overview page to make it more user-friendly and visually appealing.

In a transition period, you can choose between the old and new design. To switch between the designs, click on the Old and New buttons in the top right corner of the page and select your preferred design.

The new design features a more modern layout, improved navigation, and enhanced functionality. It is designed to provide a better user experience and make it easier for you to manage your devices.

Old design

You will find the device name and device model, beneficial to have at hand if you need assistance from the Service Desk to troubleshoot an issue or help with other requests.

You will also see the last time your device checked in with the central management solution and the compliance status of your device. The compliance status is based on a self-check your device will conduct automatically regularly to check if it is configured according to company policies. If a device is reporting as not compliant (red cross) we recommend that you contact your IT department or Service Desk so that they can take necessary actions to bring your device to a compliant state.
