Configuration

The configuration tab allows the customer admin to modify the Cetegra Client features utilized in Cetegra Workspace.

  • Enable or disable the application store
  • Enable or disable the approval workflow feature
  • Enable or disable ServiceNow ticket creation
    • Tickets are automatically created and closed when an end user completes a self-service action (for change log purposes).
