Logging In
Depending on your system configuration, you can access Connect@Plant using the Citrix client or the HTML5 browser client. If the host checker is enabled, only the Citrix client is available. If it is disabled, you can choose either.
Accessing via the Citrix Client
- Open Internet Explorer and go to your Connect@Plant URL.
- Log in with your username, password, and two-factor authentication code.
- After clicking Logon, a new page appears and your session starts automatically — click Open to launch it.
- On first login you will be prompted to set a new password and personal secret. You will be logged out when done — log back in with your new password.
- From the dashboard, start any applications for which you have an active Work Permit, or request a new one.
Accessing via the HTML5 Client
Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
- Open your browser and go to your Connect@Plant URL.
- Log in with your username, password, and two-factor authentication code.
- A new tab opens automatically and logs you into the Connect@Plant dashboard inside the browser.
- On first login you will be prompted to set a new password and personal secret. You will be logged out when done — log back in with your new password.
