Viewing your profile
Your profile page shows:
- The roles assigned to your account
- The applications you are qualified to use
- Whether each application requires a Work Permit
Editing your profile
You can choose whether to receive email notifications when your Work Permits are approved or declined.
For security reasons, your mobile number and email address cannot be changed here. Contact the Connect@Plant helpdesk if you need to update this information.
Changing your personal secret
Your personal secret is used together with a hint to help you recover your password if you forget it.
To change it:
- Go to your profile and select Edit Secret.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter a new secret and secret hint.
- Save.
Resetting your password
- Go to your profile and select Reset Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Save.
