Access Report
See who can reach what, and through which groups.
The Access Report gives you a visual read-only map of the entire access chain in your Cetegra Connect deployment — from users, through access groups, to applications and their network segments.
It answers questions like:
- Which applications can a specific user reach?
- Which users have access to a specific application?
- What network destinations does an application expose?
Reading the access chain
The report visualises access as a chain:
User → Access Group → Application → Network Segments
Each step in the chain is a link:
| Step | What it represents |
|---|---|
| User | A GSA-licensed user in your organisation |
| Access Group | The group the user is a member of |
| Application | The enterprise application (connection) the group is assigned to |
| Network Segments | The specific destinations, ports, and protocols the application exposes |
A user can only reach a network segment if all four links in the chain are present and active.
Using the report
You can navigate the report by selecting any element in the chain:
- Select a user to see all groups they belong to, and from there all applications and segments they can reach.
- Select a group to see its members and its assigned applications.
- Select an application to see which groups have access and what network segments are exposed.
Use the Refresh cache button if the data appears outdated — the report is cached and may not reflect very recent changes immediately.
