Users
See which users are licensed for Private Access and what groups they belong to.
Which users appear here?
The Users page lists every user in your organisation who has been assigned a Global Secure Access license. A user must be licensed before the GSA client can establish a session for them.
Users without a GSA license do not appear here, even if they are members of access groups.
User information
For each user the console shows:

| Created | Account creation date |
User detail view
Click any user to open their detail view. This shows:
- Full profile information
- Group memberships — the access groups this user belongs to, and therefore which applications they can reach
Searching and filtering
Use the search box to filter users by display name, UPN, email, department, or job title. The list supports sorting on most columns.
Investigating access issues
If a user cannot reach a resource through the GSA client, the Users page is a good starting point:
- Is the user listed here? If not, they have no GSA license — contact your Cetegra administrator.
- Is their account active? Check the account status column.
- Are they in the right group? Open the user’s detail view and check group memberships. Cross-reference with Access Groups to confirm those groups are assigned to the correct application.
- Check the traffic logs — go to Logs and filter by the user’s name to see recent access attempts and their outcome.
