Optional solution.

Launch VMware Horizon Client from the Start Menu shortcut or search for it:

Click on the menu New Server in the top left corner.

A new window with the text Enter the name of the Connection Server will appear.

Enter the URL for the connection server (provided separately) and click Connect.

When prompted for a username and passcode (password), enter the user’s account credentials.

When prompted with a new window, enter your Microsoft verification code.

Please enter the 2-factor authentication code and press “Login” (Read more about Multi-Factor Authentication here).

Right-click on the tier icon and make sure PCOIP is checked.

Double-click on the tier icon (selection may differ from the picture, based on particular Customer).

The remote desktop session will now launch.
