Statistics
The Statistics module gives Catalog Managers and Admins powerful insights into how your catalog is used — from total orders and costs to product popularity and pending approvals.
You can access the module directly from the top menu of the Catalog. There are two main views:
- Global Statistics – gives a company-wide overview across all products.
- Product Statistics – focuses on a single product and its form data.
Global Catalog Statistics
The global view helps you understand catalog activity at a glance. It’s available to all Admins and Catalog Managers from the top menu in the Catalog.
Period Filter
At the top left, choose the time period you want to analyze:
- All time
- Year (select specific year)
- Month, Week, or Day
Summary Row
Right below the period selector, you’ll see:
- Total Orders – the number of all catalog orders.
- Total Cost – the sum of all order costs.
- Pending Approvals – how many orders are waiting for approval.
Order Status Overview
A pie chart gives you a quick visual breakdown of order status:
- Pending Approval
- Complete
- Cancelled
- Error
- Declined
Click any slice of the chart to filter the rest of the statistics based on that status.
Statistics Assistant
The Cetegra AI Statistics Assistant is built right into the module. You can ask natural questions like:
- “What product is most popular?”
- “List all products that have never been ordered.”
- “Show me products missing a description.”
The assistant has access to your order data but does not share or train on any of it.
Order Trends
See how ordering changes over time with a line chart showing:
- Y-axis: Number of orders
- X-axis: Date
Orders Table
A detailed overview of all orders, including:
- User
- Product (clickable link)
- Status
- Cost
- Created Date
- Cart ID (clickable order link)
Products Table
Shows statistics per product, including:
- Product – clickable name
- Orders – total number of orders
- Cost – total order cost
- % – share of total orders represented by this product
Pending Approvals Table
Stay on top of outstanding approvals:
- User
- Product
- Approvers
- Created Date
- Cart ID
- Action – Send Reminder
When you click Send Reminder, a notification is sent to the approver. After sending, the button changes to show “Reminder sent [datetime]”. You can send another reminder after 7 days.
Export Data
You can export the global statistics as a JSON file, allowing deeper analysis or integration into reports.
Product Statistics
The product-level view gives insights for a single catalog product — perfect for analyzing how it’s being used or how its form fields perform.
You’ll find the Statistics button on the Product page (in Edit Mode). The button shows the number of orders for that product, for example:

Just like in the global view:

Order Status and Statistics Assistant
The pie chart and AI Assistant are also available at the product level, filtered specifically for that product.
Ask questions such as:
- “What’s the average cost of this product?”
- “How many times was this product ordered last month?”
Order Trends
A line chart showing how orders for this product change over time.
Orders Containing This Product
A detailed table listing each order that includes this product:
- Order ID
- Order User
- Status
- Order Date
- Total Cost
- Open Cart
If the product has form inputs, each row can expand to show the submitted form data:

Pending Approvals
The same table and functionality as in the global view — track pending approvals and send reminders as needed.
Form Field Statistics
If your product uses forms (like dropdowns, radio buttons, or text inputs), you’ll see detailed stats for each field.
- Free text fields: Listed as values — click a value to filter related stats.
- Dropdowns / Radio buttons: Visualized as bar charts by default, with options to switch between Pie, Donut, or Line charts.
- Each value shows how many orders included that response.
Export Product Statistics
You can export all product-level data as CSV or JSON, including form field values.
Each row in the export includes:

Value | The actual field value from the order |
Catalog Insight Report
For deeper analysis, Catalog Managers can open the Cetegra Workspace – Catalog Insight report. This report provides:
- A full overview of all products and orders
- Approver audit logs
- “Approver vs Product” overview, highlighting products where the assigned approver is no longer active

Tip: Use the global statistics for overall catalog trends, and the product-level statistics for detailed insights into specific products and forms.
