Reminders
The Reminder feature is useful to remind the users if they need to complete some actions.
This feature is available for the administrator role. When a reminder role is active, it will send out a reminder email every N day to those who have not met the requirement.
Type of reminders:
- Security
- Remind users by e-mail to fill in security question
- Remind users by e-mail when their password is about to expire
- Store requests
- Remind approvers by e-mail to approve store requests
