There’s happening a lot with the Cetegra products, so we have collected some of the highlights from every release here!

2024-09-25

Cetegra Workspace

  • New feedback module: We have introduced a new feedback module in Cetegra Workspace to gather user feedback and suggestions. This module will help us understand user needs and improve the platform based on user input. The feedback module is accessible from the top menu in Cetegra Workspace.   • Incorrect URL in old store request tracking: Fixed an issue where the URL in the old store request tracking was incorrect, leading to an error when trying to access the request.

Catalog

  • Improved approver tokens: Improved the ability to list approvers and their emails, showing the specific approver for each approval step.

Review

  • Activity log improvement: Enhanced the activity log in the Review module to provide more detailed information about user actions and changes, ensuring better traceability and accountability.

Cetegra Care

  • Duplicate case details window: Resolved an issue where case details would open twice when accessed from emails or widgets.
  • Improved resizing of details window: Enhanced the resizing of the case details window for better user experience.
  • Company filter: For users with access to multiple companies, a company filter has been added to the case list for easier navigation.

Catalog

  • Support for multiple “On behalf of” users: Added support to include multiple users as “On behalf of” users in the Catalog Cart, sending one order per selected user.
  • Hide conditional form inputs: Enhanced the Catalog to hide checkboxes (and other inputs) that are not part of the order due to conditions set on sections.
  • “Scroll to top”-button: Added a “Scroll to top” button in the Catalog product pages to improve user experience when navigating long pages.

  • Improved Reports printing: Enhanced the printing functionality for Reports in Cetegra Workspace, ensuring the graphical elements are displayed correctly when printed.

FinOps

  • Microsoft Licensing: Improved the way we fetch Microsoft licensing data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for our customers.

Cetegra Client

  • Disable Self-Service Device Enrollment: It is now possible to disable self-service device enrollment for Cetegra Client. This feature allows administrators to control the device enrollment process more strictly.

Catalog

  • Date Format Update: The date display in the Catalog Date Picker has been changed to ‘dd.mm.yyyy’ (e.g., 15.08.2024).
  • Remove SKU Override: The Override SKU option in edit mode has been removed since it is no longer used.
  • Collection Warning Visibility: Improved the visibility of collection warnings when using the light mode.
  • Subcategory Management: Fixed an issue where adding subcategories placed them at the top level instead of under the selected parent category.

Group management

  • Group User Count: Group views now display the number of users in each group, and the count updates automatically with membership changes. This way, administrators can easily track group sizes and membership.

Cetegra Workspace

  • Menu Auto-collapse on Responsive View: Enhanced the user interface to auto-collapse the menu when the window is resized to a responsive view, ensuring content is fully visible.
  • Design Improvements: Made various design enhancements to improve the overall user experience and visual appeal of the platform.

User and group management

  • Improved the user sync from Azure: Attributes like Title, Department, Manager and Mobile was not synced correctly from Azure to Cetegra. This has now been fixed.
  • Group attribute and scope support: Added support for group attributes and scope.

Catalog

  • Preview for admins: Now, products that are in draft mode are hidden when an admin disables the Edit mode in the Catalog. This way, the Catalog manager can easily see how the Catalog looks for the end-users.
  • Change of list type: It is now possible to switch between the form type Dropdown and Radio Selection in the Catalog. This is useful when you want to change the type of list in a form, without having to recreate the list.

Cost Tracker

  • Black screen bug: Fixed a bug that caused the Edit Budget screen to go black for certain users in the Cost Tracker after an edit was made.

Cetegra Care

  • Order Cases by Status/Type: Added support for ordering cases or tickets by status or type in the Cetegra Care module in Cetegra Workspace.
  • Display email comments: Comments and responses given via email are now displayed correctly in Cetegra Workspace for better visibility and tracking.

Over the summer, our team has been diligently working to enhance and refine various aspects of the Cetegra platform. From streamlining user interfaces and improving system integrations to addressing critical bugs and rolling out new features, we’ve focused on delivering a more seamless and efficient experience for our users. Below is a detailed overview of the updates and improvements we’ve made across different modules, including Care, Client, Desktop, HPC, Workspace, and more.

Cetegra Care

  • Case Widget Click Functionality: Implemented functionality allowing users to click on cases in the case widget to quickly access case details.
  • Improved Support for Sorting Cases/Tickets: Enhanced sorting methods for cases and tickets based on status or type in the Support module.
  • Attachment Issues in Cetegra Care: Fixed an issue where attachments failed to open in the Support module.

Cetegra Client

  • Bug in Device Config Filter dropdown: Corrected an issue with the dropdown in Client Admin > Device config > Filter.

Cetegra Desktop

  • Wrong Redirect on Cancel in Desktop Licenses: Fixed an issue where clicking the Cancel button in Desktop Licenses > Generate report redirected to the wrong URL.

Cetegra HPC

  • Node Utilization as Percentage: Implemented a feature to display node utilization as a percentage of total available nodes.
  • GPU Usage Sync: Added the capability to sync available and used GPU data from PBS Pro.
  • Add Software to HPC Job Information: Software information from HPC job logs is now captured and made visible in reports, aiding in tracking software usage and costs.
  • Improved HPC Table: Several improvements were made to HPC tables for better data management and display.

Cetegra Workspace

  • Responsive Menu Collapse: The menu will now automatically collapse when the window meets the media query breakpoint, ensuring content visibility on smaller screens.
  • Empty Audit Table in Contacts: Fixed an issue where the audit table for contacts remained empty.
  • SMS Send Button Mislabeling: Corrected the label of the SMS send button to “Send” instead of “Save”.
  • Long Group Descriptions Pushing Add Button: Fixed a layout issue where long group descriptions caused the “Add” button to be pushed off the screen.
  • Remove Delete Option on Folder from Applications: Restricted the delete option to Application Folders only, removing it from general folders.
Catalog
  • Store Cart Not Closing Properly: Resolved an issue where the store cart did not close after submitting and failed to submit the entire cart.
  • Catalog Item Copy Issue: Fixed a bug where copying a catalog item resulted in changes being made to the original item instead of the new copy.
  • Catalog Description Input Error: Addressed an issue where the description input was empty despite containing values.
  • Enhanced Product Information Layout: Updated the formatting for product details to be more user-friendly and clear.
  • Improved User Guidance: Added labels to input options to make it easier to understand what information is needed.
  • Warning for Type Changes: Added a warning message when attempting to change a product to a type collection without specifying a collection.
Cost Tracker
  • Edit Budget Screen Goes Black: Resolved an issue causing the Edit Budget screen to go black for certain users in Cost Tracker.
  • Double Scroll Bar in Cloud Cost Tracker: Resolved an issue causing a double scroll bar in the Cloud Cost Tracker.

Cetegra Workspace

  • Add custom Application folders: You can now add custom folders to the Applications widget in Cetegra Workspace. This allows you to organize your applications in a way that suits your workflow. Learn more

Catalog

  • New order process timeline: We have introduced a new timeline feature in the order process in the Catalog. This timeline provides an improved visual representation of the order process, showing the status of each step and providing a clear overview of the order’s progress. Learn more
  • Improved order status colors in Catalog: The order status colors in the Catalog have been updated for better visibility and clarity. This enhancement makes it easier to differentiate between different order statuses and understand the order process at a glance.
  • Product details in the order list: The order list in the Catalog now includes more detailed information about the products ordered, making it easier to review and manage orders. This enhancement provides additional context and clarity for users when viewing their orders.

Cetegra Workspace

  • Significant Frontend Update: We have released a substantial upgrade to our frontend technology. This update aims to enhance your user experience with improved performance and a more future-proof infrastructure. Our team has worked diligently to ensure a seamless transition, and we are excited for you to experience the improved performance and responsiveness of our applications.

Cloud Cost Tracker

  • Email notification link: We have improved the email notification in the Cloud Cost Tracker. Now, when you click on the link in the email notification, you will be directed to the specific budget in the Cloud Cost Tracker for easy access and action.

This release included a lot of technical updates behind the scenes, including to rewrite a lot of modules. We also included some new features and improvements to the Cetegra Workspace, including:

AI

  • Fixed highlighting in responses: Fixed an issue where the highlighting of text in responses was invisible due to the color scheme. The highlighting is now visible and provides a better user experience.
  • New AI module: We are working on a completely new AI module that will provide more advanced features and capabilities. This module will be released in the coming months.

Catalog

  • Product and group dependencies: We have introduced a new feature in the Catalog, where a product can be configured with dependency to a group or another product. This means that the user must be a member of the group or have ordered the product before being able to order the product with the dependency. This is useful for products that require a specific setup or access to other products before being ordered. Read more in Cetegra Docs.
  • Comment notifications: Users and approvers will now receive notifications when a comment is added to an order in the Catalog.

Cost Tracker

  • Duplicate tags: In the Directory view, tags were listed as duplicated. This has now been fixed.

Design and User Experience

  • Improved Design: Improved the design of the Videos and Reports modules. We are working on even better UX-improvements to these modules.

Catalog

  • New Product Wizard: Introducing a new Product Wizard for the Catalog, making it much easier to get started with the Catalog. This wizard helps the Catalog Admins easily create different product types, like Access or Application items, simple forms or others. This is the first version of the wizard, so we will keep improving it over the next weeks.
  • Max Users Lookup: Catalog now checks the “Max number of users in group” when enabled on a group. This means that the Catalog will not allow more users to be added to a group than the maximum number of users allowed in the group.
  • Text Editor Bug Fix: Fixed a bug in the text editor in the Catalog, where the link popup did not display at all.

Cost Tracker

  • Graph Design Improvement: Improved the design of the graphs windows in Cost Tracker. The colors are now more consistent, and the historical date picker makes much more sense. Read more here

  • Catalog - Override approval step: Catalog managers can now override the approval step for specific products, allowing for immediate access without the need for approval. This feature is particularly useful if the approver is on vacation or unavailable. Learn more.
  • Catalog - Cancel order: It is now possible to cancel an order in the Catalog, providing users with the flexibility to retract an order if necessary. Learn more.
  • Catalog - Updated colors for approval status: The colors for approval status in the Catalog have been updated for better visibility and user experience.

Cetegra Care

  • Email link improvement: The email link in Cetegra Care has been improved to provide a better user experience. Now, when the user clicks on the link, they will be taken directly to the case in Cetegra Workspace, with the comment field expanded for easy access.

Cetegra Desktop

  • Geocloud session overview: Customers with Geocloud / VMWare Horizon can now see more details about their sessions in Cetegra Desktop. This includes information about the session, such as the duration for both the ongoing session and the last session.

In addition, we have included a lot of minor bug fixes, performance improvements, and other minor changes.

Cetegra Workspace

  • UI/UX Enhancements - Cetegra Workspace has undergone significant improvements with the introduction of updated design elements. We are thrilled to unveil a more modern, user-friendly interface. Expect to see enhanced layouts, vibrant new color schemes, and streamlined buttons across the platform. These updates not only elevate the visual experience but also simplify feature development and existing functionality enhancements. We value your feedback, so please reach out with any observations or suggestions.

  • Widgets - Direct Widget links - You can now create direct links to any widget in Cetegra Workspace. This update simplifies navigation by allowing users to access specific widgets instantly. For more information on how to utilize this feature, visit Cetegra Docs.

  • Catalog - Enhanced Access Expiration Notifications - Notifications for access expiration in the Catalog have been improved to include essential details like the product name. This enhancement helps users better manage their catalog items.

  • Catalog - Optional “Already Ordered” Message - Catalog managers can now choose to hide the “Already ordered” message for Catalog products through the product settings under Advanced. This feature is particularly useful for services that are typically ordered only once.

  • Catalog - New insight report - We are excited to launch a comprehensive new insight report in the Catalog, providing detailed data on orders and products. This report aims to offer our customers a deeper understanding of their usage and will be gradually rolled out in the upcoming weeks.

  • Review - Mark for deletion - The Review module now includes an option to mark users for deletion. This feature is beneficial for managing user deletions more flexibly, especially when immediate removal is not necessary or the reviewer does not have deletion rights. Also included are new security enhancements that ensure the secure exchange of information between your servers and our ServiceNow instance.

We have also been focusing on the other Cetegra Products, and would like to share some of the highlights from the last months:

Cetegra Workspace

  • Application Widget Visibility: The โ€œAdd shortcutโ€ option is now persistently visible in Cetegra Workspace for improved user experience. This makes it easier for users to add shortcuts to their dashboard. Read more about the new feature here.
  • Catalog improvements: For the Catalog, we have introduced a time limit option to group membership assignment, that will remove users from a group after a certain time. We also added support to add address information to the locations that can be selected on the checkout page.
  • Video bug: We fixed a minor bug causing an error when admins tried to upload new videos in the Video module. This has now been fixed, and you can enjoy updated video content in Cetegra Workspace.

Cetegra Workspace

  • Improved Reports: Improved the design of the Reports module for better user experience and visual appeal. Reports can be configured to hide the Pages panel, a fix that makes the viewing experience more streamlined and intuitive. We also fixed an issue where the authentication failed for some reports.
  • AI Chat improvements: Improved the configuration widget for the AI Chat widget for better user experience and visual appeal. Also fixed a lot on the backend to improve performance and stability.

We also included a lot of minor bug fixes, performance improvements and other minor changes.

Cetegra HPC

  • Streamlined HPC Configuration: Efforts have been made to make the configuration of HPC more streamlined and understandable.

Cetegra Client

  • LAPS Email Request. Cetegra Client LAPS admins can now request LAPS passwords to be sent via email, ensuring accessibility outside SMS coverage or in unsupported regions.

User Management

  • Custom Password Length in User Integration API: The User Integration API now allows for the setting of custom password lengths when creating users.
  • Future User Enablement in User Integration API: The “Enable user in the future” feature now includes the ability to send out an email containing the username in addition to the existing SMS with the password, directly from the API.

Cetegra Workspace

  • Enhanced User Selection in Catalog: Catalog users can now select multiple users from the Select User form action, improving usability and workflow efficiency. This can be configured by the Catalog admin for the User Select form action.
  • New Feature - Cloud Cost Tracker: Introduced the first version of the new Cloud Cost Tracker. The previous version remains operational, with customer onboarding planned for the coming months. More Information

This release contains some nice improvements and fixes for Cetegra Workspace and Cetegra CLient, including a lot of important improvements in the background.

Cetegra Workspace Enhancements:

  • Catalog Collections UX: Made UX adjustments to Catalog Collections for improved user interaction and visual appeal.
  • Approver View Pricing Summary: Updated the Approver view in Catalog to better summarize prices of identical products.

Cetegra Client Enhancements:

  • LAPS Service Update: Modified the LAPS service to support password delivery via email, extending reach to offshore and remote locations.

This release contains a lot of bug fixes, performance improvements and other minor changes.

  • Notifications Counter Aesthetics: Improved the aesthetics of the notifications counter for better visual appeal and readability.

  • Location and Approver Status for Submit Actions: Catalog managers can now use Location and Approver status as conditions for submit actions.

  • Text Edit Window Visibility: Addressed the issue with white link-text in the Catalog text edit window to enhance visibility.

  • Cart Item Selection: Catalog users can now select the number of items in the cart, providing greater control over their shopping experience.

  • Product Bundling Flexibility: Catalog Managers can now add the same product to Bundles multiple times, offering more flexibility in package offerings.

In this release, we’ve addressed a myriad of enhancements and issues across our Cetegra suite, spanning products like Service Desk, Automation Framework, Cetegra Workspace, Cetegra Client, Cetegra Desktop, and our operation maintenance framework. These updates are aimed at refining user experience, introducing new functionalities, and resolving identified issues.

  • Edit Personal Shortcuts: Users can now edit their own shortcuts in Workspace, eliminating the need to recreate them.

  • Dropdown Options Width: Adjusted the dropdown options in Catalog to be full width for better visibility and user experience.

  • Product grouping in Catalog order overview: Improved the order confirmation process to summarize identical products in Catalog.

  • Location Selection for Send Orders: Catalog Managers can now force users to select a location for specific Send Orders.

  • Order Approval Notifications: It will be easier for Catalog Users to identify which orders are awaiting approval in the order confirmation. Users will also receive a notification when an order is approved.

  • “Your Connections” Widget: Enhanced the “Your connections” widget to display the specific VDI type a user is viewing.

In this release, we are introducing a variety of enhancements and new features across multiple product areas, including Cetegra Client, Butler, Cetegra Workspace, and User Management. These updates aim to streamline functionalities, improve user experience, and introduce new capabilities to better serve user needs.

Some of the highlights:

Improved Catalog App Management: The movement of Cetegra Client apps to the new Catalog aims to enhance application workflow and performance.
The transfer from the existing solution will be done customer by customer, and the existing solution will be available until the migration is complete.

  • Device Overview Update: Client admin’s device overview now indicates whether a Windows device is Windows 10 or 11, providing clearer information about the operating system.

  • Appname in Uninstall Notification: Resolved an issue where the appname was missing in uninstall notifications in Cetegra Client within Workspace.

  • User and Group Integration APIs: User Managers can now use the User and Group integration APIs to create users from the Catalog.

This release addresses several critical and enhancement issues related to video functionality in Cetegra Workspace, search features, catalog management, and integration support for infrastructure.

  • Video Player Linking: Developed and integrated functionality to allow users to link directly to the video player version of a video, not only to the file itself.

  • Location Support in Catalog: Introduced a new feature in the checkout process in the Catalog where users can select their preferred office location to be used in for example hardware delivery.

  • Switch Between Light & Dark Modes

    Tailor your visual experience with our light and dark mode options. Head over to the account settings by clicking on your profile icon at the top right. There, the Dark mode toggle lets you switch between the two themes effortlessly.

  • Repositioned Widget Customization

    The widget customization options have been conveniently repositioned right next to the widget title. Simply click on the three dots icon to explore the functionalities.

    Depending on the widget, you can hide it, adjust its position, and access other settings. Furthermore, widget organization is now also accessible via the Add widget button, positioned below the menu at the top right.

  • Seamless Integration with Workplace from Meta

    Organizations can now incorporate a feed from Workplace from Meta directly within Cetegra Workspace. Stay updated with the latest posts from your chosen groups without leaving the Cetegra environment.

Finally a release - and what a release!

This release has been one of the biggest releases since the early days of the Cloud portal! Both behind-the-scenes work and new features are included.

Catalog

Finally, we can unveil the new Catalog in Cetegra Workspace! For the last six months, we have focused on developing a replacement for the existing Store in Cetegra Workspace. This work resulted in the Catalog.

The Catalog is a powerful, flexible and advanced self-service store, allowing customers to set up everything from simple products and access control to advanced forms with different types of inputs that can be used in a set of submit actions. The powerful approval system gives a lot of options on how the different items could be approved.

More info about the Catalog will be posted during the next months, and all customers will be migrated during the next months!

365 license module - part 1

In this release, we are also introducing Stage 1 of our brand new License Module in Cetegra Workspace!

Now, we’ve got all your Office 365 licenses listed, with juicy usage metrics to boot. This handy feature will give you a crystal clear overview of your license usage, making management a breeze.

But hold your horses, folks - we’re just getting started. Stage 2 is on the horizon, and it’s gonna be awesome! You’ll be able to buy and sell licenses directly through our platform. Plus, we’ll be adding the capability to collect license data from a variety of sources, so you’ll have an even more consolidated view of your licensing landscape. We are also looking into how we can present the license cost.

Improved Cetegra Client admin table

For the Admin device overview in Cetegra Client, we are now displaying the full name of the device user. This makes it easier to identify the device owners without having to click on every single device.

There have not been released too many features the last month, and the reason for that is that we are working on multiple larger tasks that will be released in the following months!

In this release, the following was included:

  • For the SMS module in Workspace, the sensitive option is now enabled by default. This has been requested by some of our customers, and makes it easier to not do the error by storing personal passwords in clear text! That is, as we know - important!
  • Group Reviewers will now receive daily notifications if the group review is overdue
  • New feature! Microsoft Licensing Overview. This is the first stage of the new License module, and a lot more will come in the next months!

HPC

  • We now have reporting support for PBS Pro in HPC!

User management

  • We are now disabling accounts that have expired. An expired account could previously still be used for login, even after it had expired. (It is possible to turn this feature off for single tenants if needed).

User management

  • The group integration API will now check if a user already exists in a group so that it will not try to add users unnecessarily.

Workspace

  • Removed the widget config tab from the profile menu, to avoid having multiple ways to configure widgets.
  • Improved the Configure widgets button at the bottom of the Dashboard. The previous button could, in some cases, be hidden behind the chat box. See how it looks here.
  • New option in the Electricity price widget, it is now possible to select a default price zone. Read how to do that here.

In this release, we added a new widget in Cetegra Workspace - Electricity Price! The new widget shows the electricity price for today and tomorrow (when available).

For now, it supports the Norwegian price zones only, but other locations will be supported in the future. We will also add other prices, like oil and gas price.

New year, new release!

Cetegra Client

  • Admin users can now define the password complexity for CloudLAPS through a dynamic view (enabled on request)

User management

  • Added list of group members to Group Review, so that it is easier to review a group
  • The group select window is now expandable so that it is easier to find the correct groups when the group name is long!
  • Groups can now be defined to not allow external senders
  • User and group roles can now be managed in the same place

Some nice updates and fixes right before Christmas!

We improved the category and rule history view in Cloud Cost Monitor (add-on to Cetegra Workspace) so that you can look back up to 12 months.

We also focused on security, with better authentication methods for some of the behind-the-scenes components, fixed some validation bugs and general security and performance improvements all over.

New release, last day of November! This time we added new filters for the user admin overview, new app icon backgrounds, admin table exports, and a lot more. Check the details below.

Cetegra Workspace

  • New app tile design! Admin users can now change the background for an application tile (displayed on the front page of Workspace) so that the icons (PNGs with transparent background) can look as good as possible. Read more on Cetegra Docs.

  • Filter improvement! Now you can add an inverted flag to filtered attributes so that the search results show everything except the filtered value. Very useful!

  • More filter improvements! You can now save a filter preset to avoid having to redo the filtering each time!

  • For users with access to multiple tenants, we improved the tenant selector in Workspace to include the tenant domain to easier identify the correct tenant.

User management

  • Groups with email enabled can now be set to not allow external senders
  • The user table filter is improved, allowing user managers to filter on many attributes, like phone number, email, first name, and more!

API and integration

  • New endpoint to fetch Cetegra feature names and IDs! URL: https://cloud.cegal.com/api/integration/feature, example response:

New feature in Cetegra Client CloudLAPS - auto-approve users!

CloudLAPS is a Cetegra Client Add-on

From time to time users that needs CloudLAPS, needs the local admin access in weekends, nighttime or other inconvenient hours. This can be an issue since the CloudLAPS request needs to be approved..

This is why we now are introducing a new feature, that allows Client managers to define a group of users that will get the CloudLAPS request auto-approved!

Client managers can add the “trusted employees”-group in the Client admin configuration.

  • Cetegra Client-related requests and approvals (like CloudLAPS and applications) will now be logged for audit purposes
  • The CloudLaps automated deployment now supports customers with and without Cloud Cost monitoring enabled
  • Added versioning of metadata/content, including the possibility to deploy to each customer automatically

HPD

  • Admin users can now see all pools with number of session and available machines for HPD Public Cloud environments

User Manager

  • Added additional pre-filled proxy address options in templates, to allow for additional mail variations customers require
  • Now, the list of a groups own memberships are visible in the new “Member of”-tab in the group details view (similar to AD)

And, as always, we did a lot of bug fixes, performance and design improvements, code refactor and a lot more!

This release we’re introducing a new, powerful search tool in Cetegra Workspace!

New Cetegra Workspace Search

The new search tool is combining results from within Cetegra Workspace, to ease navigation, finding tools, apps and tasks, but also allowing the users to search for documents in OneDrive and SharePoint team-sites using the new search engine supporting Bing Search for work!

The search can be opened by clicking the search icon in the top menu in Cetegra Workspace, or with the shortcut ctrl-p / cmd-p.

This release also included a new configuration option that allows the Profile button to be removed from Cetegra Workspace (requested by customer).

And, as always, we included other minor bug fixes, performance improvements, code cleanup, translations and more!

In this release, we included some new features for Cetegra Client administrator users, where they can order new applications packaged for InTune through the Cetegra Workspace admin dashboard. Client administrators now also can manage roles in the admin dashboard.

We also, like always, included bug fixes, performance improvements, error handling, layout and styling and a lot more โ€œbehind the scenesโ€-stuff!

This release includes some smaller fixes and new functionality all over the Cetegra platform, like video-URL in Workspace, improvements to the User Integration API and more.

Todays release includes nice fixes, features and a lot more all over! In short, we have focused on finish up the Cloud Cost Monitor, added some nice fixes for the Cetegra Client product, rolled out some smaller fixes for user management and automation, and a lot more!

Group Review is now available as a Cetegra Workspace widget, to be visible on the Cetegra Workspace Home page (available for some users only). Read more about how to show/hide widgets here.

In this release, we added the possibility for admin users to customize the order of Apps in Cetegra Workspace.

For customers who have the SMS Manager service in Cetegra, SMSes are now set as sensitive by default.

Reports now shows last refresh date and data set description. So now it’s easier to know when the data was updated, and also to know what you look at! ๐Ÿค“

In the store, it was easy to forget to submit the cart after adding items into it… So now we added a reminder! ๐Ÿ›’

For the Cetegra Client Platform, we have improved the deployment mechanism, so it will be a lot quicker for new customers to get started! And autopilot registered Windows devices are now listed in Cetegra Client Admin.

Summer release of Cetegra Workspace

It’s been a quite busy summer for our developers, and they have delivered some nice, new features in Cetegra Workspace:

Language support

Cetegra Workspace now supports multiple languages, starting with English ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง and Norwegian ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ด. Read more here.

How-to video module

It can be challenging to learn all about every corner of Cetegra. To ease the onboarding of customers and users, we have created a new video module that will contain different how-to videos for the different Cetegra-modules. Bring the popcorn and start discovering!
